The Vest site is a platform for conducting medical evaluations and storing occupational health related information. In the process of performing services, Vest may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected by Vest. This information is used for the operation of the service, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the Vest website.
Vest is not responsible for the privacy statements or policies of websites outside of the Vest website, whether the site is linked to from the Vest site or not.

Vest collects and uses your personal information to operate its website(s) and deliver the services you or your employer have requested.
Vest may also use your personally identifiable information to contact you directly in relation to delivering services. For example, Vest uses the email address you supply to send you a copy of your results.
Vest may share data, excluding personally identifiable HIPAA-protected data, with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Vest, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
Vest will never share your HIPAA-protected data with third parties for any reason other than your explicit request.

Vest is software for the workplace and as such is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18 years old.
